Despite the busy season in the B2B market, there was a high nationwide interest in learning more about MKB study materials. Consequently, we organized a two-day, one-night MKB Study Material Research Workshop in October at the Cheonan Education Training Center.
During the previously conducted master training, participants had the opportunity to learn teaching methods and solve problems. However, in this two-day workshop, both branch managers and masters were able to delve deeper into the teaching methods applied from STEP1 to STEP5 while solving problems.
As they revisited the problems, understanding the intentions behind their design and the corresponding teaching methods for each, the masters expressed their "Aha!" moments of realization. Despite the hectic schedule, it was a meaningful time to meticulously learn and research the materials again.
This training session was especially beneficial as it allowed for a preview of the platform linked with the book club, facilitating a quicker understanding of how to conduct classes in practice. It was also a valuable opportunity to explore the perceptions of MKB from both branch managers and masters.
Buoyed by the regional responses, the head office is accelerating the development of MKB. We are eagerly looking forward to the launch of MKB in December and are committed to working even harder towards its success!
